I was today years old when I learned that a whole new generation of internet users who never saw the meteoric rise and fall of Geocities have carved out a space on the internet in an act of defiance against Web 3.0.

Better in concept than in execution but I still appreciate its existence nonetheless. I’m considering making a webpage in honor of my 14 year old self who grieved the death of geocities and all those weird and nerdy shrines and mp3 rotations which defined my teenage years.

The question is… what could I do now that would honor and embrace my cringe years without condescension or pretense?

A little lawful, a little chaotic but very good.
